Hey, it’s September! Which means I have a few illustrations I can get to share, including the children’s book I finished over winter. I have to update the website for that though. But in the meantime, this summer was a good time to draw dogs; the first was a piece for Rhode Island Monthly about ‘yappy hour’ for dogs, and the second was for Vegetarian Times (about exercising with your pet). I love drawing animals, so it’s a no brainer.

I’m hoping to eke out some time to develop some personal projects over the fall… stay tuned.

During the winter months dogs start getting sick. Garbo here has struggled with asthma all his life. An ancient simple remedy is to rub lemon on one’s throat for the cough. Since dogs won’t do it themselves the lemon necklace helps them all day…errrday.
